1) What the App does

HairFit AI helps you analyze face shape and try AI-based hairstyle and hair color transformations using photos you choose to capture or upload.

2) Information we collect and process

2.1 Photos and images (camera / photo library)

What: Photos you take in the App or select from your device.
Why: To run AI analysis and generate AI transformations.

Important: You told us the photo processing is temporary. We do not intend to store your photos long-term unless explicitly stated in the App.

2.2 Device and app usage data (Analytics)

What: Analytics data about how the App is used (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage, basic device/app info).
Why: To understand usage, improve the App, fix issues, and optimize the user experience.

Note: The exact fields depend on the analytics provider you use.

2.3 Purchase and subscription information

What: Purchase status and subscription entitlement information (e.g., which product you purchased such as weekly/yearly subscriptions or credit packs, and whether it is active).
Why: To unlock Pro features, add credits, restore purchases, prevent duplicate credit grants, and provide customer support.

Payment details: We do not receive full payment card information. Payments are processed by Google Play and/or Apple and their payment processors.

2.4 Credits and transaction/ledger information

What: Your credit balance and a transaction log that records credit additions and deductions (e.g., credits added after purchase, credits spent on an AI transformation).
Why: To operate the credit system correctly, prevent negative balances, handle refunds/errors, and reduce fraud.

2.5 Account/session identifiers (including anonymous sessions)

What: A technical user identifier that may be created automatically (for example, an anonymous session ID) to associate credits and purchases with a user/session.
Why: To keep your credits and purchases linked to you without requiring you to manually create an account.

3) How we use information

We process information to:

provide AI analysis and AI transformations,

operate the credit system,

enable and manage subscriptions and in-app purchases,

restore purchases,

improve the App via analytics,

prevent fraud and misuse,

provide support.

4) Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the App:

4.1 Analytics provider

We use an analytics provider to collect and process App usage information.

4.2 AI processing providers

Photos you submit may be sent to third-party AI services in order to generate results. These providers process the photo solely for providing the requested AI output.

4.3 Purchases & subscription infrastructure

We may use third-party purchase/subscription services (for example RevenueCat) together with:

Google Play Billing (Android)

Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)

These services help us validate purchases, manage subscription entitlements, and support restore purchases.

4.4 Backend / database providers

We may use backend services to store credit balances, purchase/entitlement status, and ledger entries.

5) Data retention

Photos/images: Processed temporarily for AI features. We do not retain them longer than needed to provide the AI result, unless the App explicitly offers a feature to save/upload photos and you choose to use it.

Credits, purchases, and ledger data: Stored as long as needed to provide the service, maintain correct balances, prevent fraud/duplicate grants, and meet legal/accounting obligations where applicable.

Analytics: Retained according to the analytics provider configuration and our operational needs.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as access controls and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, and objection.

You can:

revoke camera and photo library permissions in your device settings,

manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID / Google Play account,

restore purchases from within the App (if available),

request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 11).

8) Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

9) International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at the Privacy Policy URL in the store listing and/or within the App.
